Transcript Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
To receive consideration, transcripts must be attached to your application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Below are the answers to the most commonly asked questions. If your question is not answered below, please call Human Resources at 918-595-7859.
Answers to Frequently Asked Transcript Questions
A: Attach your most recent transcripts and transcripts for degrees or courses related to the teaching discipline or job position.
A: Yes, all applicants must attach transcripts. Please contact Human Resources at 918-595-7945 for a copy of the transcripts on file which need to be attached to your application.
A: Many mail centers will scan documents. Additionally, many public libraries have the necessary equipment. Or, you may mail your documents to Human Resources (6111 East Skelly Drive Suite 501, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135) or fax your transcript to 918-595-7996.
A: Yes, the Human Resources Department can accept mailed transcripts (6111 East Skelly Drive Suite 501, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135) or faxed copies of transcripts (fax number is 918-595-7996). If you fail to attach or otherwise submit your job-required transcripts, your application will not be considered.
A: Attachments must be Word or PDF files.
A: The size limit for each attachment is 2MB.
A: To check the size of your file, locate the file in Windows Explorer, right click on the file and select ‘Properties’.
A: Re-scan the document at a lower resolution. Scan in black and white. There are four links for transcripts. Transcripts that exceed the 2MB limit can be divided and attached to more than one transcript link.
A: Once the transcripts are uploaded for one position, they will be available for you to attach to future applications; however, they will not automatically be attached. You will still need to visit the attachment page to attach them.
